We are not asking you to buy a finished conversational product on faith. The pilot configures AI Smart Kiosk on commercial hardware for one workflow, measures completion, and decides go / no-go with you.
Days 16–45
Configure agents, train on your content, supervised live hours, iterate on failures.
Days 46–60
Measure completion, escalation rate, staff minutes saved. Decide expand, revise, or stop.

What success looks like
We define success numbers together before day 1 (example: % of visits completed without staff, median wait, escalation quality). We will not publish those numbers as marketing claims until you agree they are real.
